Refunds ~ Re-scheduling ~ Cancellations

REFUNDS

Downloadable Products: I do not issue refunds on any downloadable eProducts. If the file you receive is defective in some way I will replace it. Please attune to your inner voice and Higher Core Self as to whether a downloadable product is right for you and listen to your guidance implicitly.

If you cannot attain clarity on your own, and you have questions that could help you gain the clarity you need and deserve, please contact me before purchasing the products in question and I will be glad to answer your questions and/or assist you in any way I can so that you can come to a decision.

Sessions & Packages: I do not issue refunds on One-on-One sessions, session packages and other services except under very unusual and extenuating circumstances and those are considered on a case by case basis.

You are paying for my time in assisting you with whatever the session focus is. There are no guarantees of outcome. If you went to a psychologist, doctor or naturopath and paid for their help you would not expect to get a refund if the outcome was not as desired. Please do not expect me to meet higher standards than are otherwise applied to other professional service providers.

Session Cancellations: If you cancel a session and a cancellation refund is issued there will be a 25% handling fee deducted. If you cancel a session package the handling fee you will be charged varies. It will determined by how much session time you had used prior to cancelling.

Session Re-Scheduling

If you need to re-schedule a session you may do so once without any additional charges if you give me at least 24 hours notice. Changes in scheduling with less than 24 hours notice or more than one re-schedule could incur an additional cost equal to 25% of the original price of the session or service.
